Live property data will appear only through an approved listing-data provider and according to its display, attribution, update, and retention rules. Market statistics require a named source, reporting period, and update date. Expired listings should remain useful only where data rules permit, with status context, similar active homes, neighborhood links, and a new-search path.

Launch legal copy should be reviewed by qualified counsel and completed with the selected brokerage, listing-data provider, analytics configuration, and designated contacts.
